The 12th Women in Logistics Forum – International Conference
from June 3rd to June 4th, 2024,
at the Regent Warsaw Hotel (ul. Belwederska 23, Warsaw).

What does include the program of 12th Women in Logistics Forum?

This year’s Women in Logistics Forum will be organized as an international conference (simultaneous translation Polish / English) under the slogan “IMPROVISUS” – welcome to the unpredictable, unexpected and sudden world!”

The first day of the Forum (June 3rd, 2024) will feature a plenary session – presentations of invited Experts and Partners.

The second day (June 4th, 2024) will be organized as Open Space Technology – participants will gather at one space and create the meeting agenda themselves with the opportunity to discuss topics which they are most interested in. After the OST, we invite attendees for participation in workshops or scientific session.

For the first time in the history of the Women in Logistics Forum, a scientific session will be held at this conference (from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM) – papers and scientific projects in the area of women’s leadership in logistics.

Women in Logistics Forum also includes awards – Woman of the Year in Logistics and the ESG Master in Logistics. The award ceremony will take place during the gala dinner during the first day of the Forum.

OPEN SPACE TECHNOLOGY – talk about whatever you want with whoever you want! We invite you to participate in the largest brainstorming session in logistics, led by Kinga Bujalska and Wojciech Zawisz!

The Rules OST → We start with just a main topic in subgroups and designated time slots on the board.

→ Everyone has the right to propose a topic for discussion.
→ While discussing in groups, you create notes and reports on the course of the discussion.
→ One of the main principles is the law of two feet, which means that everyone can move to another group at any time.
→ By inviting you to Open Space, we aim for diversity – we want to have the most diverse group possible, with as many different perspectives as possible.
→ We give you a unique opportunity to discuss topics that concern you or for which you seek answers.
