We invite you to download the Report of the Women in Logistics Forum titled “Women’s Leadership – Where Are We and What’s Next?”, which was released in December 2022.

The research was conducted by Beata Trochymiak, the founder and organizer of the Women in Logistics Forum. The report was jointly prepared by: Prof. Danuta Kisperska-Moroń, University of Economics in Katowice and Beata Trochymiak.

The aim of the report is to recognize and define potential concerns and issues related to the professional development of women as leaders and decision-makers in the logistics industry. The study enabled the identification of real barriers hindering women’s advancement to higher leadership positions.
